2019-2020 Objectives
The Bellevue High Band Booster Board is focused on the following for the 2019-2020 school year:

Meet fundraising goals

Grow the Bellevue High Band's corporate sponsorship program

Elevate the band's visibility throughout the Bellevue and surrounding community

Continue the legacy of the band boosters' success and look for opportunities for improvement

President
The responsibilities of the President include presiding at all Booster meetings, calling special meetings at her discretion, appointing all committees, possibly co-signing with the Treasurer, and performing such duties as customarily pertain to the office of President.
Allison George
Treasurer
The Treasurer shall collect all fees and render an account each month, or more often if required, of all receipts and expenditures; pay the bills of the Boosters only after approval by a vote of the membersand upon order or warrants signed by the President. The bank statement will be signed-off every month by a member who does not have signing authority on the band account. The books will be audited twice yearly by a person chosen by the Boosters who does not have signing authority on the account.

Secretary
The Secretary shall keep a record of the proceedings of the meetings, issue notices of meetings andagenda, after consultation with the President and conduct the correspondence of the Boosters.

Volunteer Coordinator
The Volunteer Coordinator shall be responsible for operations and communications for band booster volunteer positions.
