In October 2011, the BHS Band Boosters hosted a BHS Band Alumni event. Former band directors including Al Jones, Vince Caruso and Bill Wicker all attended. The Alumni that attended marched in the Homecoming parade down Main Street. A reception was held on the day following the football game and featured a performance by the BHS Alumni Band. Professional drummer Joe Black returned for the event.
